Uber driver should be fired appalling service

Today I made a request to be collected at jabulani mall by a driver he came in picked someone else and cancelled my ride I requested for the second time it went to him again and he canceled again immediately after that I saw his car passing thru the pick up point he was supposed to collect me and I approached him he just laughed in my face right now Im gonna have to pay an additional amount as he canceled my request twice the reason he canceled my trip cause he wants to make money on the side and it won't be picked up on the uber system. I called the uber call centre and the answering machine said I must write a complaint on their complaint services I don't understand how can their drivers be on the road whereas their customer care department is not operating VERY VERY unproffesional
