UBER DRIVER ****?? OR NOT?

Everytime we use Uber we get charged for 3 trips instead of 2. (There and back).

The driver NOT, us the passengers, cancels the trip and they still charge us the fee. Then if they do not charge the fees, they charge R25-00 for cancellation fee.!! I have reported this once and they said they would credit us but NOTHING happened refuse to pay for the unused trip. IS THIS A ****P BY THE DRIVERS TO EARN MORE???????????????
