Uber driver Sandile driving ND800493 stole my phone within 30 minutes

Yesterday at one 13:10 I requested a uber to take me around umlazi the number plate was ND800493 the drive came at 13:21 I had my phone on my hand any Samsung phone I set on the back sit my bf set infront the driver dropped us at 13:32 I was in a hurry coz I had some pain since I am pregnant 5minutes later I remember I left my phone on this uber when I called the driver at 14:00 he told he wil lopk for it I must wait I called again at 14:08 the driver told the me phone is not there I asked my bf to call it while I am taking ti him I heard it on the back ground then he drops it I am very disappoint I thought we are safe in ubers but not anymore . I requested another driver I told him the story he told they do ***** phone but not in township only for white people . I went to met the driver in town the driver come with his 4rnd sitting infront using uber for his personal issues the driver told mi three different story about the phone he told I am not the 1st lady to say he stole the phone within 30 minutes he drop me off hu dd he pick up he told white lady indian old lady the man was sitting infront he was very confused I wil never ever take uber again because I sent them any email but they not investigate anything they do have the driver record to see when dd he pick up the next person at what time they busy telling mi sori I want full information full investigation and action
