Uber driver Rudzani Ratshibvumo charged me double for a trip to OR Thambo airport

First time taking an Uber and I double paid the Uber driver. Tried communicating with the Uber driver by the name of Rudzani Ratshibvumo before reporting him to Uber as I thought we will come to the same conclusion of him refunding me but he kept on saying he will refund me of which he never did.. I then reported him on Uber app and unfortunately I was told it it late for them to refund me as the incident happened over 3 days ago.. m very disappointed at Uber support.. the driver will continue doing this to other client knowing that Uber support will not do anything about this incidents.
