Uber driver Ronewa, registration number MM38CGGP, arrived but did not bother to open the boot for the customer. When politely asked to open it, he responded with a bad attitude and eventually canceled the trip. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of customer service. He should not be working in a customer-facing role if he cannot treat customers respectfully. Uber should also provide an option for customers to leave written comments about such experiences.
