Uber driver report

Good evening Sir/Madden,

I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in my life...The uber/bolt driver of my vehicle Grand i10, his name is Nhlanhla Mbokazi he stays in Protea glen ext16.

Nhlanhla has worked for me for 5months, he started of well but I guess it ended in tears and dissapointment because of lack of communication and check-in agreement.

This guy ows me over R2500 according to our agreement...the attitude he gave me when bringing my car back was pathetic.

I wouldn't recommend him to anyone...when he brought back my car, my car was very low on fuel dirty and not In a good condition..

My car was involved in a car incident because of his recklessness and stupidity, he then said he won't be able to fix the car because he doesn't have money ..he didn't work for two days because his son was sick..

Like this guy has alot of excuses...I'm so disgusted and very Angry..

Ive been trying to call him but know answer...till today!

I believe his working for someone else now and I'm afraid he will do the same to the poor owner.

I request that uber investigate this matter thoroughly. I am concerned about the safety and professionalism of this guy and I believe this situation warrants attention.
