Uber Driver Refuses To Give Parcel Back That He Did Not Deliver

yestaurday i booked a package to be delivered to one of our clients i was told by uber app it was delivered mean while it wasn't. i got hold of the uber driver today he states he treid to get hold of me but i did not receive a message or call when i placed the deliver i put the clients details for him to contact and he also did not contact them. he stated to us if we want our package delivered again he will charge us again. we said to him he can not charge us again for the parcel wasn't delivered. i asked him for our parcel back he said if we want it we must follow him around everywhere he drives to get our package back . i am highly disappointed in this servies and how we cant even get our property back from the drier.
