UBER DRIVER - PAARL - NEVER PICK UP PASSENGER OR RETURN FEE

Request Uber this morning and on the app it show my driver was 3 minutes away and excepted my request. The money went automatically off my bank account. The driver never picked me up at all!!!!!!!!!!! Did not reverse the fee. Report this at Uber on the app, but with no response.
