UBER DRIVER NEVER ARRIVED

On 28 July 2022, I requested an Uber for collection at about 04h15. The Uber App continued to informed me the driver was 5 minutes away. Eventually, I requested another driver as the first driver, who had confirmed the driver would never arrive. I approached Uber and they responded will stating that the additional cost was toll fees. This was never in my complaint. Trying to contact Uber now is impossible, as the complaint, my driver did not arrive cannot be located. This resulted in me missing my flight and had to purchase a new ticket. Very arrogant company with zero regard for customer satisfaction!!!! The rating should have negative values as well.
