Uber driver Mthokozisi Blose Registration ND 392 556 you are so unprofessional

Very unprofessional driver. I requested a trip at 13:30 today and first driver cancelled and I requested again ,the app told me there were no drivers close by I must check after a minute.I tried again after a minute I got a driver few minutes later He cancelled. I tried again and got the driver Mthokozisi Blose registration ND 392 556 and after 10.minutes He arrived and I went to the car greeted and start venting how long I've been struggling to get a driver,the time I'm.taking the guy was busy on his phone and after that He said sister please get out of the car and I asked him why?He responded he doesn't need to answer me I must just get out of his car,I was just shocked and stayed in car he then said do you want me to physically take you out of the car or what!!!I told you to get put of this car he said that while moving from driver seat to the passenger seat where I was sitting,I them asked him if I will be charged for this trip or not and he told me I don't listen He want me out of his car and I went out like that.and I said I.will take the number plate of his car because I want to complain about his behavior and He said "You stupid the number plate will be on your App"" and he left.Clearly this guy does not deserve to have this job of this is how he is treating the customers,such a nasty behaviour.This driver is going to ruin Uber brand because clearly he doesn't take his job seriously and he doesn't care about the customers at all,very disappointed with this kind of service .Uber please screen your drivers because you are going to lose many customers.While ideas waiting I downloaded the Bolt App and I requested a trip and with no hustles I got a driver that was able to take me home and guess what next time I need to request I will use their App.
