Uber Driver Lies

I just received a mail from Uber saying that the driver cancelled the trip because i didnt have a mask on !!! This is a blatant lie as the driver never pitched up! Useless & ********* - and the audacity of the driver who never took my calls when i called to query his whereabouts. Driver name is Samukele, silver polo vw that never arrived.
