UBER DRIVER KICKED ME OUT BECAUSE HE TOOK THE WRONG TURN

This morning my Uber App froze and I couldn't see where my Uber driver was. I politely messaged him using the "Contact" option and asked: "Hey, where are you?" The drivers response: "Wat do u mean, ur app will tell u" **Annoyed at this response** I proceeded to walked outside of my house(the location I entered into the App) to see him parked in front of the neighbours house down the road... Sigh... I walked towards the car in the rain(he didn't even attempt to reverse), I got into the Uber, greeted the driver and he didn't answer. (I didnt care at this stage, I was literally so over this guy already)

This person, didn't even know WHERE he was going to and I needed to give him directions.(which I never have to do when I use Uber) Eventually it seemed as if he knew where we were heading towards, until he took the wrong turn off.

I told him that this is not where I need to be and he has to turn around. I advised him that I know put in the correct address because firstly, I AM LOOKING AT MY DESTINATION and secondly, I use Uber twice a day since these services started being rendered.

He refused to turn around and threatened to kick me out of the car. This man had an attitude to begin with.

He then proceeded to tell me that I had a problem with him since I messaged him asking "Hey where are you?" and he feels its best I get out of the Uber (IN THE RAIN) and book a different one. I then said to him I had no problem this morning until now, I was merely following up on where you were because the App was not responding.

Then he ended the trip and told me that he will take me back to where he fetched me and I can book another Uber from home. At this stage, he turned the car/Uber around in order to take me back to where had fetched me and said I will only pay until the point that he took me to(the incorrect destination because of his stupid mistake by taking the wrong turn off).(I paid by card and the full amount was already charged by the time he ended the trip.)

I told this person that I am already late for work and he is risking my job by playing CHILDISH CAR games.This guy was probably Mid to late 30's and had time to mess up other peoples lives for his pleasure or convenience.

I do not understand the "level of Service" or "Professionalism" does these qualities even exist for Uber? This whole experience was a complete phok up and will never recommend your ****ty drivers to anybody in my whole life. You risked my LIFE by kicking me out of your UBER and leaving me to walk in the rain to work because your pathetic *********** driver lacked basic customer service s****s general knowledge.

Uber this is absolutely appalling.
