Uber Driver (Khanyisile - female) stole my son's Phone

Uber Company and it's drivers are all ****** and ********s. They are very quick to take people's monies but cannot respond when a person seeks their intervention. My son was picked up from school by a Khanyisile on Tuesday, 24th October 2023, he unfortunately dropped his phone in her car when he got off, he noticed a few minutes after getting off the car and when he turned to stop the driver she had driven off. We logged a call on the Uber App instantly to try and get a hold of the driver. She ignored all our 6 call attempts. We've left endless messages on the App and not even 1 customer service rep has gotten back to us with any feedback. As much as I understand that it's not Ubers responsibility to ensure we don't lose items in the drives cars, but the fact that no one even bothers to revert back to us with any feedback or guidance is truly appalling. And it's evident that the driver (Khanyisile - who doesn't have a last name nor picture on the App) has ****** the phone because she turn turned it off shortly after we had been calling the phone. And NO, the battery wasn't low. And NO, there's no possibility of another passenger being the one that picked it up and turned it off.
