Uber driver is a total disgrace

Never in my entire life have I encountered such a rude and arrogant Uber dirver this morning. Simbarashe driving a white Etios CA545459 has absolutely NO customer service skills and should not be transporting any people around. I booked the ride and made a special note to pick me up at a certain point, which is an option when booking. Low and behold he stopped at the wrong pick up point and I had to walk a distance, in the rain to get to his car. When I asked him whether he got the special pick up instruction, he just went off at me and said that I should book another ride. He also stated that he does not care whether I reported him. I worked nightshift and didnt appreciate his absolute rudeness as I just needed to get home. I in return requested a ride with Bolt and received superior service. Uber needs to relook at their drivers especially during these trying times. Customers should be valued and not trashed. I have made entirely sure that all my family and friends delete the Uber app and replace it with Bolt...thus far I can confirm that 169 people has obliged...and the number is still rising because of all my FB contacts..not just in SA but all over the world. UBER REALLY SUCKS #totaldisgrace
