On the 10th March 2019 we took a trip from 0369 Masilwane St, Tladi Soweto 1868 to 01918 Rimbelule St, Dlamini Soweto 1818, The driver's Name Rodgals driving Toyota Corolla around 11:00am - 11:32am, unfortunately we for our pocket router then, we tried to log a query with Uber he then called but he was dishonest of his whereabouts he was rude and arrogant, we tried getting his number successful we got them we tried pleading with him to negotiate how can we get the router back meeting each other half way he was still arrogant and disrespectful he doesn't care of customer's i'm not is this how Uber company encourage their drivers till today he hasn't called to advise how are we going to get the router.
