Uber Driver in Cape Town Louis Shabani Who Stole My Phone

If you ever visit Cape Town, please make sure to avoid an Uber driver named Louis Shabani, who drives a Suzuki Ertiga with the number plate CY411290. I left my phone in his car, and although Uber tried to help us connect, when I asked him to return it, he said he would call me back but stopped answering. Within 5 minutes after my ride ended, he switched off my phone. I knew then I was dealing with a ********. It's one thing to forget your phone, but when the driver decides to keep it, even when you are paying for the ride back to return it, that’s theft. I’ve opened a police case against him for *****ing my phone. This might not bring my phone back, but I hope it helps someone else avoid going through what I did. Hopefully, Uber will take action and remove this ******** from their platform.
