Uber driver ignored pick up and didnt answer when contacted.

My daughter had ordered an uber to pick her up from the school she was studying at for that time and had to be home by 15h00. she had ordered the uber 30 minutes before 15h00, when she had connected to a driver, estimated to arrive at her in 12 minutes, the driver never arrived, she waited an additional 20 minutes while waiting and the drivers car did not move after stopping at a shopping mall for the entire time, nor did the driver answer when she tried to contact him. She was late to her appointment and had only reached home at 15h40.
