Uber Driver HM talks down on woman and Uber company

Hi there, my driver was rude when he called me trying to hint that he is supposed to be a Uber Black driver and spoke down on the Uber company saying that the company needs to recognize his value. He then proceeded to hint that the complex he drove in seems ***** but its a very secure complex. He was very rude and let my partner walk in the rain with heels and a heavy bag. My partner is very petite built and tiny...he could have been much more professional. He then left the complex and waited outside...he refused to assist her with her bag and she was standing by the gate. I absolutely cannot BELIEVE Uber has a driver as this guy on their books. PLEASE ensure that this man fixes his pathetic attitude. No chivalry at all. I hope that his mother knows how he treats woman...absolutely sad and poor etiquette.He messed up my date night. The plan was to surprise her. I now had to ask a friend and paid him R150. I hate this level of service. Geez
