Uber Driver Has Not Returned My Instruments, and Cell Phone

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Uber regarding a serious incident involving one of their drivers. After completing a trip I realized I had left my cymbal bag, cymbals, drumsticks, and cell phone in the car. These are crucial for my music performance and my work. I immediately tried calling the driver multiple times, but he completely ignored me and has not responded since.

I have lodged several complaints with Uber, but no one has contacted me or helped me get my items back. Because of this, I am now over 2 hours and 30 minutes late for my event, Sunday Loaves, and have had to spend extra money renting instruments and a bag just to continue with my performance.

I’m asking Uber to take responsibility and urgently contact the driver to return my belongings. Even if he doesn’t want to face me, he can drop them at Number 9, 7th Street, Melville.

This experience has been unacceptable, and I hope this post gets Uber’s attention to act swiftly.
