Uber Driver had an accident with car and didn't pay my access

Hi there

I need to report an Uber Driver whom drove my vehicle and had an accident and never paid my access. and when the vehicle was fixed he left me stranded without a driver or a slot use on the platform.

May you please advice on steps to report him so that he can be dealt with from Uber side. I think such drivers dent the Uber brand and should not be allowed to operate. I been looking for a driver with a slot as I don't have one and the loss of income and the access took a strain in my finances.

Apart from this, I intend on opening a case for my access and loss of income.
