Uber Driver gets paid full with a tip but claims no payment on the app day light *******

I'm seriously annoyed on the 20th Jan 2025 I requested a trip home via Uber everything was fine obviously there was a promotion so my trip was slightly less due to that promotion so trip went fine paid the driver cash even tipped him paid r20 more now to my surprise I find that same driver claims I didn't pay him the full amount this is total and utter bs!!!! I need this sorted out asap else I don't care I will not use this app **** driver service this is the reason we the people have left using bolt cos this type of thing and safety issues as well. But I'm surprised about Uber being like this I can understand other apps but Uber???!!! If this is not sorted I'll ensure I'll use full extent of social media to post my experience I guess what's happening in other provinces now has spilt into Durban. Find a solution or lose a customer this is day ******* coz the fact it's cash a driver can even attempt this with card he wouldn't able to wake up uber
