<p>What terrible service my friend and i received from your driver Petrus (Ford Focus) FF04KKGP - Black</p> <p> He picked us up from Westdene at about 8:30 last night. He had the most disgusting attitude ever!</p> <p>Firstly, we had to to force him out of his car to assist us with our bags. Which should not be the case at all.</p> <p>Secondly, i found it so rude that he deliberately and continuously responded to me in Sepedi even though i spoke to him in English. It is not only rude but an act of xenophobia too. I called him out about this and he accused me of making unnecessary complaints.</p> <p>Petrus stopped in the middle of Beyers Naude to argue with me! Completely disregarding the rules of the road. He stopped and asked us to get out of his car in the street at 9:09Pm! disrespecting us as a clients and putting our lives in danger like that. Anything could have happened to us there where he left us. </p> <p>This behavior is so shocking and unacceptable! He clearly does not understand that what he offers is customer service and not a favor to the client. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br /><br /></p>
