Uber driver drunk ****

I had a stroke a few months ago and am disabled as a result and so I use Uber to get around. About half an hour ago I called an Uber to 3 Arts and when the driver arrived he couldnt not find me. I messaged to say I was at the back entrance at PnP - when he arrived he parked in the road and then reluctantly drove up the ramp as I had a trolley and also am walking with a stick. I got in and he started complaining that I was at the wrong entrance so I said I would get out as his eyes were glazed over as if he was high so he told me to f-off and when I tried to record the encounter he struck my hand and the phone crashed onto the metal strip behind the seat - he started ranting and told me to get out - the car guards witnessed the incident and his name is Collen as per the app and he was driving a red vehicle. I wish to lay a police charge and require Uber to contact me with information urgently. Impossible to speak with a human on the phone and there is no email address.
