Uber driver does what he like no client service from uber

Uber I want an email address please as am very unhappy with your services and also with the fact they you are uncontactable for issues. Do not refer me to your app as I do not have it and do not want it and it is not user friendly for complaints go figure your drivers do exactly what they like with no consequences. I am fed up grossly overcharged amongst other issues
