Uber driver did not end the trip when it ended initially

On the 25th of December I booked a ride from Mamelodi to Theresapark where home is. I was woth my m and two kids. My ride was R261 upon the request. The amount was deducted. However the following morning, I saw that they refunded the amount of R261, and deducted R622.

When I did further research on the receipt, I noticed that the drop off point according to the driver was not my home in Theresapark, but a destination in Hamanskraal.

The driver probably never ended the trip after dropping us off.

I tried finding a platform to send my query to but I couldn't find any email address or contact centers number on their website. This is poor from the company Uber as well as the driver.

Im trying mom and this trip hurt my pockets deeply. I wish to get more than just a full refund for the disloyal of the employees.
