Uber driver damaged fence and gate

I had a bad experience with Uber company. The uber driver drove into my in-law's vibracrete and gate as well. The uber driver and his manager contacted my inlaws and said that they will fix everything they are just waiting on the insurance to pay out. We were waiting for about 3 weeks already. We did get correspondence from the manager to confirm they are going to fix the gate and fence. Note that this is a dangerous area and having an open fence allows all sorts of elements access to the house. My father inlaw past away since then and i contacted the manager and he said that he is just waiting on the payment. After a week of waiting for the manager he is not responding to my call and they not picking up aswell. Additonally they blocked my number.

We were forced to fix in the interim at a great expense. I require them to honour their agreement that they made. 😢😢😭😡🤬..
