uber driver *****

On the 15th of dec i requested a ride for my kids, one of them forgot their phone in the car. When i tried calling the driver he denied ever seeing it but on my find my phone app it clearly showed it was still there. I reported the matter on the app, no investigation was done and no follow ups were made. They just kept quiet. Im so disappointed with uber,this kind of situation i would expect from bolt but not uber. Thomas Paguwa bring back my son's phone
