Uber driver chooses to do as he pleases

I am very unhappy with the trip I had experienced with Uber on Saturday. I have been using Uber for many years and this is the first time I was very disappointed with the service. When I requested Uber, to Rockets in Bryanston, the initial estimated arrival time of the trip was 6:27pm at a cost of R334 using the N1. However the driver ignored the directions of the GPS and instead used the M1, which took the time of arrival to 6:34pm at a cost of R405. I feel that it is unfair for me to pay an additional R71, because the driver chose to do his own thing. The name of the driver is: Bhekumuzi
