Uber driver cancels trip

Uber driver Lukhanyo number plate CA973775 TOYOTA ETIOS Red. This driver did not answer my calls after I requested an Uber and I waited at the pick up point and he cancelled the trip without once trying to call. The worst of it is after cancelling the trip he then drove past me while I stood there wondering if perhaps he got lost. This is the second time this has happened with Uber drivers who cancel trips under 25 bucks and then Uber still deducts. And this has occurred at night and I am a female waiting for drivers who do not arrive. I hope this is addressed with this driver and going forward.
