Uber driver cancels on me after he says he will pick me up

<p>So I called an uber a few hours ago and he told me I had the wrong address so he charged me for not picking me up, but instead I found another uber who says he will pick me up whether I have the wrong address or not because I called him and explained my situation. He said it was okay and when I asked him if I should cancel the trip since I don't know where I am he said I shouldn't but instead he would find me because he said he knew where I was... A few minutes later he cancelled my trip after promising he would pick me up. I have screebgrabs of this , when he cancelled my trip but not his full details just his name and his picture. The problem is not the R25 but the blatant disrespect of your drivers and disrespect for women or their safety..the picture I have attached is the driver in question</p>
