Uber driver canceled the fair three times and now they want me to pay a penalty!

<p>I requested a Uber driver to come and pick me up at home so I can go out and enjoy my evening with friends. I requested the driver at 20:41. Kisswell Joshua was the driver that was suppose to pick me up. He canceled the trip and I requested another driver as I thought he might have been busy driving other clients to their destinations at that time. But with my second request I got the same driver, who canceled the trip once again?! And with the third request he canceled once again! Trying to get another driver, I received a message stating that I have a penalty that I have to pay? How on earth can they hold me accountable for this If I'm not the one that canceled?! </p>
