Uber driver being dishinest

I don’t know why I am even giving them a rating

On 10 June 2020 an Uber driver with the name of zakele stopped at my house to pick up a parcel that was meant for him to deliver to his client that send him to my house, he came to pick up the parcel but it never reached his client, he came here to pick up a bike that his client bought from us, later in the day he called me to inform me he still has the bike in his car and needed to know what he must do because he did bit find his client to del, he then told me I must pay him 1200 then he will return the bike to me, we had an tested arquement on the phone and asked him toe del it back here but ge said if we don’t pay him the 1200 he will not bring it back the bike is worth 9500. He refuses to bring it back and we are going o make a case open against him, we have his vechiles reg number and contact details, if Uber what’s to save there name can they help us sort this problem, you can contact me on the number listed on this complaint.
