Uber driver bad experience!

I had the worst experience with one of these peoples driver he dropped me off 1.4 kms away from my destination I had to walk that time I'm late for work I tried reporting on their app and I haven't gotten a response from them, it clearly shows that customer complaints are not taken into consideration
