Uber driver app blocked

I have been waiting for monthw now to activate my account. I paid and downloaded the required drivers documents but my app is still blocked for just making a small mistake of ooening two apps which have the exact similar details. They say it's **********, but however they always approving all the documents that I have uploaded and taken my money upon registering.
