Uber driver and uber

I’m a regular client of uber sometimes pay cash times card 3 days ago I requested it using my card gave me an amount of 238 accepted it n paid was going to isando driver dropped me off and only noticed later during the day driver did not end trip drove further to the airport which added costs uber kept trying to debit n cost me money with insufficient funds till I ended up stopping my card of the high I have to pay 150 for a new one lodged a complaint on the app but keep on being told amount can’t be adjusted so driver basically ****** me and uber refuse to refund me
