Uber driver accident into my vehicle on own complex

An uber driver reversed into my vehicle in my own complex. He **** on how the accident happened as there are cctv cameras in the complex. Although he reported it at the police station nothing has been done after he assured me that the vehicle is insured. After I asked him how far the the process is, he rep**** that he reported it to the office and they are supposed to phone or call me. Twee weeks later nothing has beed done. When you phone the office number, you are always number one and that is where you stay. Now I'm being penalized, because I must claim it from my insurance with the damage being almost R30 000. This pathetic. Now I know why uber drivers get away with anything. No one takes responsibility.
