Uber driver

I have 1year 5months working with uber so last week logged my uber account into my brother's phone on Wednesday late evening,then I forgot to log it out on Thursday morning before I got to work. After I completed one delivery I received a message from uber telling me that my account was blocked soon after I received that message that's when I received a call from my brother telling me that he confidently took a selfie on my account thought it was his coz he also workwithuber. Then reported to uber as it is but they refused to reactivate my account they said my account is permanently blocked could you please assist
