Uber driver

Have been accused of being a ricist by an Uber driver with a foreign accent because I asked him not to sleep in his car on the pavement in front of my house. According to regulation 305 of the Traffic Management Regulation in SA it is illigal to park on a pavement. Way to go Uber....
