Uber driver

I've been waiting for 20min trying to get a ride, and there's a nearby driver by the name of Linda his registration is VW Jetta CP56ZD GP.his was 12 min away from my place busy roaming around so that another driver can take my ride. I'm going to work and because of him I'm gonna be late, and on top of that he once gave me a ride and he was mad because my trip is short telling me that he wasted petrol.
