Uber driver

<p>I've had an uber driver refuse to take me to my destination and he stated that he will not cancel the request on his end. when I state that he must cancel he say I should do it. I advised him I will not do it as it will charge me and he stated will do it. I waited several minutes and he did not cancel when I call he doesn't answer....</p> <p>After several attempts he finally answer and says I must cancel. when I state I will report him he gives me a rude attitude and says I must go ahead. the driver's name was showing as Shadrack Van with number plate DM14PC GP</p>
