Uber drive rude and refuses to come

<p>My young office assistant did some deliveries and were required to take Uber back to the office. However, the Uber driver responded in a very rude manner when she communicated her position via the sms function. She clearly indicated the Shopping Centre, and shop, and upon asking him if he was coming (12.00 pm), he ONLY rep**** 'No' at 12.11pm. She requested him to cancel the trip as she knew if she did it now, she would charged for this. She then started walking back to office. We now realised at 12.44 pm that she was still 'on trip' and someone else has been despatched to fetch her. He was also not helpful, and we had to cancel it ourselves. The fare may seem a mere R25 penalty .... but is the principle that counts. We want more direct access to Uber customers services as the current app does not allow us to lodge complaints outside the experience have had.</p>
