Uber double debits

I requested a ride a week ago, R202 was deducted from my account as holding fee. When I arrived at my trip R204 was also deducted as trip fee, instead of reversing the R202 holding fee, both amounts were deducted. Contacted my bank and was advised that Uber had banked both amounts, so I've basically paid R406 for a trip. There's no one to speak to, no callcentre number whatsoever.
