Uber double debits

I took a uber for R67 rands I was double charged for the rid. I called the call centre and assured that the refund would happen which it did. Next thing there's a amount of R 115 wanting go off my account. Because my card limit was low if kept declining. So I decided to delete the app because it's was up to no good. I increase my limit on my card to buy something and there the R 115 goes through. I call the call centre and was told they will send me a sms for my card details and refund me. Till now I am still waiting for that sms that never came. Uber is ripping people off by double charging them then making transactions for rides you didn't take. It's not on.
