Uber Double charging ****

So Uber has been charging me twice for one ride for weeks now on my credit card. When I reached out to my bank I'm told there's a lot of us complaining about this. So apparently Uber charges and then later on you will see a 2nd transaction of the same ride you were charged for in the morning going off. Can I please be assisted with this, I have been ****med close to R600 in the part 2 weeks. Uber is taking no responsibility for this yet they debit my account ,this is total bull ****
