Uber double charges on trips

I’m writing to formally report an ongoing issue with my Uber account. I have been double charged for multiple trips recently. When I attempted to get assistance through the app and customer support, I received no meaningful help or resolution.

To make matters worse, my access to the app now appears to be preventing me from reviewing the charges or using the service at all.
