Uber double charges on rides.

Today was the 3rd time in 2 months since traveling with Uber they the double charged me and there is no way that you can contact them to query. Instead a whole bunch of barble bobs on their website. Nothing ever to do with them double charging and how to get reimbursed. Yes I'm ****ed.
