Uber double charges and can't refund me

I recently had Uber Charged me twice for 1 trip , After sending all the relevant information, bank statements and proof , They still claim to not find any relevant payments regarding my double charge . So now I am R100 short and Uber has gained a free R100 and cannot help me , this is exactly why I do not enjoy doing card payments with Uber because of problems like this
