Uber double charged me...and won't give a refund.

Uber charged me for a ride I did not take. I reserved a ride from the airport. The app said the driver would wait until 7:47pm, I was talking to the driver...and told him I was almost there...he said it was okay, that he would see me now. I arrived at the parkade at 7:44pm...in time...and he was gone. He cancelled the ride and I'm being forced to pay for it. He was also more than 12min late for the pick up. He was supposed to be there at 10min to 7pm and only arrived at 12min past 7pm. According to Uber this warrants a payback of fees. I feel like Uber *****s from their clients, cause they refuse to investigate this issue. Very disappointing service.
