Uber double charge for same trip

Uber charhed me twice for sigle trip..paid driver cash R198.00 and now they claiming R198..was not paid on my bank due to insuffucient funds...howeve i paid cash and driver was satisfied ..now my acciunt ua blockes feom using the app until the R198 00 is paid
