Uber - Dont use!!

I was charged R45 from Rivonia to Pineslopes - Then added a stop for checkers Pineslopes - charged another R53. Then tried to cancel this stop and charged another R44. Total R145. Then only credited R45. How is this possible. The driver assisted me in adding a stop and I still got charged? Shocking!! Second time this has happened and no where on the ap is there a place where you can call and or submit the query properly.
